CONTEST RULES

1.1 CONTEST OVERVIEW

  •  Contest title: WIN A FREE FAB2025 TICKET OR A NEW PRUSA PRINTER NOW!
  • Organizer: Make more s.r.o., based at Národní 365/43, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic, ID number: 07023987 (reffered to as “Organizer”)
  • Purpose: The contest is organized as a promotional initiative to generate excitement and awareness for the upcoming FAB2025 event. This contest is being launched in conjunction with the FAB24 event in Mexico, celebrating the global community of makers and innovators. By participating in this contest, entrants can showcase their enthusiasm for the future of digital fabrication and win exciting prizes.
  • Duration: The contest begins on August 6th 00:01 CET and ends on August 18th 23:59 CET.
  • Sponsorship: The contest is sponsored by Prusa Research a.s., which generously provides part of the prizes.

1.2 HOW TO ENTER

  • Participants must fill out all the required fields in the form provided on the homepage of this website. The form consists of two parts:
    1. Contact Information and Message: Provide your contact details and a brief message for the Wall of Supporters
    2. 3D Printing Questionnaire: Complete the questionnaire built by the sponsor of the contest, Prusa Research a.s.
  • The content provided must be original and relevant to the contest theme. Entries that do not adhere to these guidelines may be disqualified.
  • Upon successful submission of the entry form, a confirmation message will be displayed. If you don’t see it, please try submitting again or contact us for assistance.
  • Participation in the contest does not require any purchase and is free to enter.

    1.3 ELIGIBILITY

    • The contest is open to any individual, a real person from any country, who is not employed by, associated with, or working for the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or immediate family members and household members of such employees.
    • Only entries submitted during the contest duration are eligible for participation.
    • Only one entry per person is allowed. All identified duplicate entries will be removed from the draw for prizes and will result in disqualification.
    • Submissions must not contain any offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content as determined by the Organizer. Any entries violating these guidelines will be disqualified.

       1.4 PRIZES

      •  1 FREE TICKET TO FAB2025: One winner will receive a free ticket to the FAB2025 event, scheduled for July 2025. The ticket will be issued in the name of the winner and is non-transferable. The ticket will be delivered electronically via an e-mail to the winner after the ticket sales for the event will be launched.
      • 1 PRUSA MK4 3D Printer: One winner will receive a Prusa MK4 3D printer, which will be shipped for free to the location provided by the winner. The winner is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
      • PRUSA DISCOUNT CODES: Ten winners will receive discount codes valid for purchases on the Prusa Research e-shop (https://www.prusa3d.com/). These codes may be limited to the purchase of certain items specified by Prusa Research and may not apply to all products on the site. The codes will be delivered electronically via an e-mail.
      • Any import duties, taxes, or other fees associated with the delivery of the Prusa MK4 3D printer or any other prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Organizer of the contest will not cover these costs.

      1.5 WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

      •  Winners of the individual prices will be chosen by a random draw from all eligible entries. The random draw will be concluded using Microsoft Excel sheet and functions.
      • Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of one prize.
      • Winners will be contacted via the e-mail address provided in their submission.
      • Winners must respond to the e-mail announcement within seven days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

      1.6 ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS

      •  The Organizer reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice. The Organizer also reserves the right to disqualify any submission at their sole discretion if it does not comply with the rules or is deemed inappropriate.
      • Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, technical solution or violate the rules will result in disqualification.
      • The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or any other circumstances that may affect the ability to participate in the contest.

      1.7 PRIVACY

      • Any personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering this contest, including contacting winners and delivering prizes.
      • The Organizer reserves the right to use the contest participant’s name and Wall of Supporters entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
      • Additionally, personal information may be used in accordance with the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy page of this website, which may include communications related to the FAB2025 event and other related activities.
      • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of participants, except as necessary for the fulfillment of contest prizes (e.g., providing shipping information to a courier service).
      • Participants have the right to access, modify, or request the deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the contest Organizer. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy page.
